Robe iFORTES are key to lighting three stages for major events in Indonesia

This year, Robe moving lights once again took centre stage at three of Indonesia's biggest music and global events for NEX FEST, Hammersonic 2024, and the 10th WWF meeting. Jakarta‐based PT. Thunder Productions Indonesia supplied the lighting requirements which included Robe's most powerful member of their iSeries, the IP65‐rated iFORTE®, as the key fixture for all three events.

Bring Me The Horizon played to a sell‐out concert at a brand‐new 2024 edition of NEX FEST at the Carnaval Ancol on 25th August, where music fans danced to a massive line up featuring BABYMETAL and more music than ever before from main acts like Empire of the Sun, Tiga, MSTRKRAFT, and La Roux. Key to the lighting design were 60 units of iFORTE®, as the main workhorse fixture for the stage.

Tens of thousands of metal fans rocked Jakarta's Carnaval Beach, Ancol on 4‐5 May for the Hammersonic Festival 2024. This year's massive line‐up featured 53 local and international metal and rock musicians, including heavyweights like Lamb of God, Saosin, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Atreyu. Once again the lighting rig hosted 60 units of iFORTE® as the main workhorse fixture for the stage.

The largest international meeting in the water sector, the 10th World Water Forum, took place in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia from 18‐24 May under the theme “Water for Shared Prosperity”. The huge WWF stage utilised 60 units of iFORTE®, which were rigged on truss verticals, front and mid stage trusses. The Robe’s performance throughout the event was ‘faultless’ and everyone was happy with how reliable the fixtures are.

The most powerful member of the Robe iSeries, the IP65‐rated iFORTE® combines far‐reaching output and feature‐rich effects in a fully protected package, capable of handling all the challenges of being outdoors. The ingenious ingress protection system has been specifically designed to allow standard maintenance and preparation procedures, such as TRANSFERABLE ENGINE exchange and gobo replacement without any additional tools, as gobo change or maintenance work can be done on‐site. The onboard RAINS™ (Robe Automatic Ingress Neutralization System) manages humidity, temperature and pressure control using an active monitoring system to automatically remove any moisture detected within the fixture and provides constant monitoring to ensure peak performance.
